What we process
The public comparison does not require an account. We may record an opaque click identifier, placement, game, market, timestamp, referring origin and coarse country supplied by the edge network. We do not store a visitor's full IP address in the LushaBuy CRM.
If you contact us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. Business outreach records can include public professional contact details, source, jurisdiction, correspondence and suppression status.
Why and how long
We use minimal click data to reconcile affiliate reporting, detect abuse and measure catalogue usefulness. Contact data supports requested correspondence and carefully reviewed business outreach. Suppression records are retained so we can honour opt-outs.
Retention schedules will be reviewed before public launch. We never sell player profiles or collect passwords, OTPs, payment-card data or player UID lists.
Language and market preferences
On the home entry page, Cloudflare's approximate country code may be used to choose an initial market. We do not request precise location or send your IP address to a separate location-lookup service. If no supported country is available, we default to the US market and USD. A market-specific link keeps its chosen region.
When you change the language or market, first-party preference cookies remember those choices for 180 days. They contain only a language or market code, not an advertising identifier. You can change the selection or remove these cookies in your browser. Market selection does not establish purchase eligibility or convert prices into another currency.
Processors and rights
Cloudflare may process technical request data at the network edge. The operational database is hosted by T TIME LTD. Approved merchants process data under their own privacy terms after you leave LushaBuy.
Applicable data-protection rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
